I haven’t received my payment yet, what should I do?

The first thing to do is to check is if your bank information is correctly filled in the “My Profile” page in your dashboard The Moneybox.

The payments are made automatically on the 10th of each month.

Depending on your residing country, the operation can take up to 7 working days. Some banks have additional verifications before depositing the money into your account.

If after at least 7 days you still haven’t received your payment, do not hesitate to contact our team.
