It’s simple! On our website, you”ll find the button “Sign up” in the menu at the top of the page. If you click on it, this page will appear. You just need to fill out the necessary information!
Subscribe your first website
You’re now signed up… Welcome to The Moneytizer!
Time to add your first website on the platform. Just follow the instructions that appear on your screen. We just need some information on your website to make sure it is eligible for monetization.
It’s the validation team’s turn
Once you’ve given all the information, our validation team will study your website. For this, they review your traffic, its sources, the content of your site,… All the necessary elements to ensure that it is in compliance with our quality charter and that your traffic is sufficient to monetize. Within 48 hours (working days), you will have an answer.
Add the ads.txt file
Your website is validated? Congratulations!
You can now add the ads.txt file on your website. Don’t worry, it is way simpler that it seems. You’ll find a guide and a video to help you integrate it. Let us guide you on your Moneybox. And if you have any question, our Customer Success team is here to answer it.
Integrate a CMP
To be GDPR-compliant, a CMP (Consent Management Platform) is an indispensable tool. If your site receives even a small percentage of traffic from the European Union, a CMP is necessary to be in compliance.
To help publishers in their compliance, The Moneytizer has developed a partnership with the company Quantcast and offers a free consent banner that is continuously updated according to the latest GDPR regulation.
Displaying a consent banner on your website is simple! You just have to integrate the code from your dashboard/Moneybox in the section of your pages.
If you are using our WordPress plugin, we offer an automatic integration which simplifies the process even more.
If you think you already have a CMP set up, make sure:
- that this CMP is part of the official list accepted by the TCFv2
- that all The Moneytizer partners “Vendors” are added into it to make sure you get the best monetization possible. If your CMP doesn’t have all of our vendors, it could negatively impact advertising revenue for your website.
IMPORTANT: The Moneytizer ads are conditional on visitor consent. This means that ads will not be displayed if no CMP is present on your site.
Add your first ad units
All the technical parameters are now in place, congratulations! Now it’s time to select the formats you want to put on your site. Whether they are standard, impactful or video, you will not lack possibilities on our dedicated page!
